Spring Fever is a rendition of an American Robin perched atop a large spring salvaged from agricultural equipment.  In Wisconsin, and many other Northern states, many refer to the return of the Robin as the first sign of Spring.  The bird is life sized, with the dimensions of the overall piece being 16" tall, 11" wide, and 8" deep.  Orange painted steel was salvaged from a vintage tool box.  Other pieces include salvaged automotive parts and other various pieces of scrap steel.  This piece has an oiled finish suitable for indoor display.
