Steampunk style and reclaimed steel meet fluid motion in this Humpback Whale.  The piece was made with a focus on smooth lines, giving the illusion of motion.  Inner workings are comprised of electric motors, pieces from sewing machines and type writers, automotive parts, miscellaneous tools and other pieces of hardware.  Slow dance has overall measurements of 29" long, 21" tall, and 14" wide.  This sculpture has an oiled finish to preserve the raw look and feel of the metal and is suitable for indoor display.
